AM80
Drive Unit
POWER MODES
5 power modes support the rider from 50 to 400% of its power (calculated by the torque sensor inside the bottom bracket).
3 SENSORS
3-sensor system that provides immediate response at the highest levels and offers a natural riding feeling.
CADENCE
Drive Unit is designed to supply the maximum thrust up to a cadence of 60 rpm, keeping anyway a high output value at higher rpms to ensure assistance even to sportive bikers.
Display
ACCESIBLE INFORMATION
The backlit display shows speed, charge status and power level, while on full screen the user can find the engine power information and expressed power to manage the battery life.
EASY OPERATION
The small remote control, placed at the left side of the handlebar, is easily accessible by the thumb of the left hand without affecting any other control operations.
WALK FUNCTION
The “walk” function can be activated simply by pressing the “V” button on the control. The maximum speed never exceed 6 km/h as per Italian law.
Battery
BATTERIES 400/500 WH
EnergyPack are batteries with lithium-ion technology inside, they don’t suffer from memory effect and can be charged and discharged at will without any worries.
RANGE*
The range with a battery of 500 Wh is till 190 Km,160 km with a 400 Wh one.
*Ideal condition for best range are: flat terrain, approx. 15 km/h average speed, no headwind, approx. 20°C temperature, high-quality bike components, tire tread and pressure with minimal rolling resistance, always shifts gears correctly, additional weight <70 kg.
TECHNOLOGY
The BMS of energyPack is Smart type: motor and display are in continuous communication with the battery to optimize the management of the current flow output from the battery and input to the engine.
AM80 AGILE
Drive Unit
The AM80 Agile is small, compact and light and with torque and pedaling sensors, provides progressive and silent pedaling support for an exceptional riding experience.
The reduced angle of the crankset (15 °) makes the drive unit very comfortable and direct on urban routes where numerous stops and restarts are required.
Display
DISPLAY LCD A10
The LCD display gives clear and bright indications, thanks to the back lighting; it is embellished by a metal cover and a glass screen.
Centrally positioned on the handlebar for a more clear view; the remote control near the left hand with 5 buttons. In addition to the functions of the LED display, the LCD one integrates the functions typical of an on-board computer with speed, distance and time.
It integrates a twilight sensor that allows the lights to turn on automatically when needed.
DISPLAY LED A15
The LED display is simple, immediate and compact. It integrates: on / off functions,+ and – buttons to select the 5 assistance levels, external light control and soft start function up to 6 km/h. It shows the battery charge status and the assistance level set.
BATTERY SMART BMS
The battery has an intelligent electronics (Smart BMS) that manages the individual memory cells in a sophisticated manner, monitoring the operating parameters, errors, balancing and self-discharge currents. There is better management over time of charge / discharge, a diagnosis of battery operation and an immediate visualization of the real capacity stored in the display.
